Buy without login

Please, I need your help. How can a buyer buy without login in virtuemart 2.0?
In administration area I've selected "buy without login" but when I buy a product and I go to the cart I have a button which says put your shipment. But when I click it turns to login, why???
Why can't a buyer buy puting the adress and buy without login?  Can you help me please?

I'm using Virtuemart 2.0.26d in Joomla 2.5 and I think that I haven't the options you've said.
Can you help me a little more?

I don't understand why if in Virtuemart 2.0 a buyer can't buy without login if in virtuemart configuration it appears : "On checkout, ask for registration" and "Only registered users can checkout" Why?
Because then, when a buyer buy something he can't pay without regustered. Why?
Can you help me please?

I'm using Virtuemart 2.0.26d in Joomla 2.5 and I think that I haven't the options you've said.

I haven't selected this options. But I don't know why but then, in cart, when a buyer click "edit adress"... brings his to login page.
Maybe there are another option? What I'm doing wrong? Joomla users? I don't know but it doesn't works
