Paypal API doesn't redirect in IE8

Ok,

I found a lot of topics about this issue and I also have this issue.
Paypal API doesnt' work in IE8 (but it works in FF, Chrome, IE9,...). Quite frustrating.

What did I try (without succes):
The solution of Jodido: http://forum.virtuemart.net/index.php?topic=84280.0
The "number2 solution" http://forum.virtuemart.net/index.php?topic=81620.msg285432#msg285432 -> This works! But then my other payment options doens't work anymore.
I also tried some other suggestion in the topic (of number2 solution), but also without success.

Does anyone have some ideas or suggestions?
