How to make additional field after user select shipping method?

Hello, I have request from my client to make new text field, after the visitor select specifict Deliver / Shipping method to the Currier office, we need additional field which contain information about the address or the name of the Currier office where to deliver the order.

How can I make, when the user select Delivery to the Currier office, to open new filed - where they need to type the information?
