Edit shipment wording

Hi Folks!

I got the following problem:

I have different shipment rates for different countries - when a customer hasn't entered his adress yet he will see a text that says "No shipment available for you, please contact us." - which might turn away quite a few customers. Therefore I'd like to edit this text to something like "Please enter an adress to see the available shipments." but I can't find the file where to do this. Anyone knows where to find it?
