top ten products: get the same size of the images of all the products

Hello,
i am facing a problem regarding the size of the images of the "top ten products". The images are not shown at the same size, and this is probably because some products have vertical and others have horizontal images. (you can have a look at my website here: http://opersis.gr/). How can i have all the images to be shown with the same size regardless the orientation of each product?

Hmm... i am not sure it will do what i want.. I could probably fix it in a different way. How i can choose which products are going to the "ton ten products" category, is there any way i can change the products shown there?

Top ten are you 10 best selling products. It is your customers who "select" them by buying. You do not have to display them.
