VM3 admin order confirmation email

I've posted about this before but with no replies, so I'll post again in the hope that someone can help or point me to the right file(s). I'm using Joomla 2.5 (server not compatible for J3) and VM3.

My company prints out the admin order confirmation e-mail on a Star kitchen printer, meaning the page width is very tight. The HTML e-mail is no good, but the text version is good at resizing. Only problem is it comes with a lot of stuff not needed and will confuse the client who might not be able to see the price on the receipt. I have attached a pic of the receipt once resized.

So what I need to know is: What file do I need to edit to edit this e-mail? And if anyone knows, how?

As you can see from attached screenshot there is a lot of uneeded stuff above "bill to" which needs removing. There is also a lot of stuff around my custom field attribute/value (created by Hutson's dropbox plugin), as well as around and below the final price.

If anyone can help me clean this clutter from the e-mail it would be greatly appreciated.
