Hi...

In the screen shot you will see the cart and search modules messed up. Probably a javascript or other code conflicting. I have been toggling the options in VM but no satisfaction.

This is a site in Joomla 3.3.6 and I have migrated the VM over and now this happens. In the Joomla 2.5 site I did not have this problem and I am using the same template (although J!3) any ideas?

OK, so that is not the default cart/search modules. So check the module templates. I assume as you do "Joomla Web Development, all day everyday" that you have already looked at the code & css with Firebug.

No I did not as I only used the modules that loaded with the AIO. you are telling me that VM delivered the wrong mods?

I see you are getting frustrated with my issue and I am sorry about that. Even if I did google the css I am not a coder. I do create websites all day long but use templates that are already complete with the css and usually I do not have to get under the hood to make things work.

Although I appreciate your input you are suggesting that all of a sudden I should know how to deal with it. I do not and is why I am posting my questions so I can get help here.

No - your asking for specific help on how to adjust the code of your template..... it isn't a VM problem
It is your complete lack of knowledge of how css works...

If you can't do it yourself then you have to employ someone who can.. this forum is not a "we will build your site for you" forum

Thanks anyways. I have been a member of this forum for years and have always come here to ask questions. I have not asked anyone to build anything for me here. I was not aware of the extra work I needed to do for the latest VM, but you have clearly taken offence from my questions. Perhaps because there are many people with the same problem and the new VM. Whatever. I am sorry you do not like the way I ask questions.
