What do I change in my custom vm-ltr-site.css to reduce the h1 heading size for the category title at http://www.certifiedinfosec.com/estore/cisa-cism-certification, and for the product title at http://www.certifiedinfosec.com/estore/cisa-cism-certification/cisa-superreview-detail?

It is always better if you can do some basic research before you post. Use firebug to find the css selector that influences the style of the item.
