i m really worry about it
We are sorry, no shipment method matches the characteristics of your order.

i dont want to have shipping step , i want client to go to payment after cart is filled with product / after checkout.

Autoselect shipment has to be enabled

ALSO: shipment methods will NOT show up when they are assigned to countries etc. UNTIL user fills out billing information

In plugin parameters

REMOVE   ALL "countries"
AND remove "shopper group"
AND  "Enable Auto Select Shipment"


FOR countries. You ONLY enable them in the regular "vmart configuration"

in the plugin(shipping method), you have selected the countries, UNSELECT them

the same for the shopper group

I have the same problem as sayfrndship. But I have set shipment method without countries, etc. The problem still persists. VM version 2.0.16, Joomla 2.5.7. The language is Russian. Pls see screenshots and help.

Yes. But sorry. Now it works! As I switched off cashing in my local joomla installation, this must have been a cashed version in my browser.

No, it makes me crazy again!
I have "auto select shipment" checked. I see the shipment method in my shopcart. I click "Order", fill registration form and then the system pulls me to the step 2 of the order. And there I see, that there is no shipment method for my order. Pls see screenshots.

Hi, I solved this. It depends on fields, that users must fill in during ordering. I switched on fields zip, city, virtuemart_country_id, virtuemart_state_id as necessary fields. I don't know, if all of them are really necessary.
