In plugin parameters

REMOVE   ALL "countries"
AND remove "shopper group"
AND  "Enable Auto Select Shipment"


FOR countries. You ONLY enable them in the regular "vmart configuration"

do you see any parameter in plugin image ? i never see any parameter in plugin.

in the plugin(shipping method), you have selected the countries, UNSELECT them

the same for the shopper group

yes PRO, i am not shipping, just taking order and their payment. there are not any downloadable as well.
that is , a product added to cart and on checkout it is should optionaly ask billing detail and go to payment selection method, which is currently paypal only and it take me to paypal for payment. that's all. Hope this example make sense.

I think you need to setup just like downloadable products
http://extensions.virtuemart.net/shipments/shipment-for-virtual-products-detail

OR: maybe paypal express checkout, so paypal can capture the billing. (I dont know if there is a plugin for it for 2.0 though)

Shipment based on the Weight, ZIP and Countries
so you should empty field in config admin of Shipment Method
it work on me.

Also, when setting different shipment methods, stick to the same Weight Unit. I had this same problem while mixing grammes and Kilogrammes.
