Strange problem in information box

My website is giving me a strange problem in Information Message .... when someone select to choose the Shipment

Even when i select the option at the bottom of all that msgs ... I go to the Cart Checkout Page and i will see this too:

I have the same problem and I solve it like this:
go to "Shipment Methods" and change your default shipment method  "Shopper Group" to "anonymous"

Hi,

But with that shipment methods may be not working as suppose to.
These lines are debug information and are only showed when you are login in FE as a VM admin, its enabled only for administrators be default.
