Site not loading, was fine last night now has Fatal error !! Please help needed

Hi all just went to load my site and all i get is this:
Fatal error: Call to a member function getValue() on a non-object in /home/getreal/wangcover/administrator/components/com_virtuemart/helpers/config.php on line 441 Fatal error: Class 'JLoader' not found in /home/getreal/wangcover/libraries/loader.php on line 161

this is line 441:
$siteLang = $registry->getValue('application.data.lang') ;

Was fine last night? any help appreciated

I have turned the shop off line and now the site works but the shop is broken!
