Product detail page background

Hello forum !

I have a problem with product detail page background. When uploading a product picture it automatically goes to the background of that page. I have searched through all the Virtuemart and Joomla settings but haven't had the success to turn it off. In the past when I have used VM there has only been that little pop-up picture, but now it just goes automatically to the background. Also tried with VM 2.0.0 but no help.

Im using Joomla 2.5.3 and Virtuemart 2.0.2. The template im using is: http://www.joomla24.com/remository/Download/Templates_for_Joomla_2.5__or__1.7/General_Joomla_Templates/Sunshine_J1.7_and_J1.6.html

Modify your layout to accommodate it, or upload smaller pictures

Joomlauser21: Are you using VM2 and J2.5 in that website?? 
Can you please please copy and paste your code of your registration page ?

I need the link to the Terms & Conditions to could some 1 of my problems ... and apply that in my website.
