Confirm Order E-Mail create fatal Error

Click on "Confirm Order" create a  Fatal Error in function "sentOrderConfirmedEmail" :
Fatal error: Out of memory (allocated 13893632) (tried to allocate 35 bytes) in /home/saleiebw/www.saleit.eu/administrator/components/com_virtuemart/helpers/shopfunctions.php on line 249

If I delete most of this function than comes no Fatal Error.
I check the E-mail. The e-mails are created an send. The Error must be after this part.
