Configuration - Enable Download

Hello,
I installed VM 2.0.0 (italian version) on Joomla 1.5.22.
I would like to add a downloadable Product File, but I can't find the "Download" tab in the configuration Menu.
When I open VM (Components -> VirtueMart) and I click on Configuration, I have only the following tab:
- Shop
- Shop Front End
- Models
- Price
- Checkout
- Order products configuration
- SEO

Where can I configure Download and Security?
