Name of Product is not showing in Cart!

I just added the following code to the Defualt.php of category page and now the name of the product that I add to Cart is not showing. 


this is my add to cart code:  This was working in RC3 so I would like to know what has changed in the final release, that made this stop working?

I am also getting this error now:

Error the quantity of the product for calculation is 0, please notify the shopowner, the product id 0
