I find the colour scheme to be pretty hard on the eyes; there isn't enough contrast between the text and the background in most places.  I'd also recommend using lightbox for your full sized images... it just looks so much slicker.

PRO

on your product page, the "ask question" button is off the page.

You need to do some different "availability" icons that match your theme.
You need a new add to cart button to match the theme.
Change the add to cart button box color.
and
on
.previous_page
and
.next_page

make the font smaller so they can fit on the space.

I REALLY recommend this site for matching colors to your theme.
http://www.colorcombos.com/color-scheme-20.html

For example, these colors will match your body text.

I would do your links in this color
859ECD

Sorry for being a little harsh, but in the end you will be happier.

In my opinion, the large picture is very nice, but the small photos of your products should be more noticeable. I think all the stuff at the top with the Visa logos and your page rank should be at the bottom. Shoppers don't care about your page rank. Your Visa logos are larger than your website title. You need to think about what a visitor is going to see when he first sees your site. If he isn't interested, he isn't going to scroll down to see what else you have on there. I would use that large picture as part of your logo at the top of the page. You should show more sample products on the first page, but don't put the add to cart button there because it takes up too much room. If they like the product, they can click on the picture. Make a point of showing lots of products on the first page - you have too much dead space. Your description of your business shouldn't take up as much room. When someone comes to your site, they should see that beautiful large picture, and a lot of photos of products. Also, as far as the color scheme, you want your jewelry pictures to pop from the background, so black might be better. You will have to try it to see what works. It might work better on white, so the edges of the pictures aren't so noticeable because the rectangular shapes of your photos bothers me. Maybe if there were more pictures and they were closer together, it would look good. It looks funny to have the one line of products that extends below everything else on the page. It would be nice if you could make your thumbnail pictures just a little bigger.
I'm not trying to be harsh. I just want to help you have the best possible looking site you can. So I hope my suggestions are helpful to you.

I agree..background color seems pretty strong for my eyes but  junk or also CĂ®alis
otherwise appears to be a success
