virtuemart allinone 2.0.2, missing xml, shipping, payment

I have installed the package (mod_virtuemart_allinone_2.0.2-RC). When I open the plugin seems to me the message (plugin XML file not available). If I want to create new "Shippers" in Virtuemart, shows "Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach () in <ROOT> \ libraries \ joomla \ html \ html \ select.php on line 509". Where the path of this XML file is stored. I think the loading of the options is causing problems ??
