Remote download and File list Sorting

Hi,
I have shop that is sealing files.
I need somebody to solve my problems:

problem nr.1
Client have problem with download of large files. Your job is to set remote download from Amazon S3 bucket. So we can avoid php script timeout issue.

Problem nr.2
Download File list in Account Maintenance and in email for customer is unsorted. Your Job is to fix php files to make this list in right order.
