Virtuemart 4 - Custom field in backend issue

Hi,
In Virtuemart 3 backend, when i was adding a custom field with several values, I just click again on the custom field and this add the new value to fill.

In Virtuemart 4 backend, when I select a custom field, a new value appear I can then set, but if I want to add a new value, I have first to select "select" in the dropdown and then click again on the custom field where I want a new value.

I have checked in French and in english, the result is the same... This generate a big waste of time (select a custom field, go back to the top of the list, select the same custom field, etc...)

Native backend template from Joomla, I dont use the new VM admin template...

Any idea of what is wrong ?

I do not see that behaviour in my version of VM (I am using test build 4.2.8 10981)

However - I am also not using Joomla 4 at present.

I shall pass this on to the dev team to see if they are aware of anything,

For the record, I use the default backend template, test on french translation and in native english, tested with one custom field or several, always the same thing.
This is not happening on J3 (but I did not test VM4 on J3).

To avoid a local issue, I have reinstalled a new Joomla4 + VM4 on another host : same issue.

I will check this post to see if you have a walkaround from the dev team or a fix for this.
