VM Framework Loader during Plugin Updates issue

Hello, i have joomla 4.3.3 and virtuemart 4.0.12
If i have enabled this plugin and i have joomla register as menu item and virtuemart account maintenance as menu item registered the joomla registration is not redirect to virtuemart account maintenance. If i have the account maintenance as menu item as public then the joomla registration is redirect to virtuemart account maintenance. Why happens that? In joomla 3.10 the redirect works if i have virtuemart account maintenance menu item registered.
