Filter All/published/unpublished products in vm admin not working

Hi all,

Joomla 3.10.10
VirtueMart 4.0.6 10690

For some reason this filter automaticly always jumps back to "All". I have used this filter for years to manually check for items (in stock) that contain any incorrect data via a csv import. We do this about 2 times a week, +60K articles, but only those that are published (arround 4K). But it turns out it doesn't work anymore.

There must be something going one that came with the latest update (almost 2 weeks ago),
