Microsoft Dynamics NAV with VirtueMart 3.8.9 10514

Hello everyone and happy new year,

The E-Shop of my company is currently working with a connection between the company ERP "Microsoft Dynamics NAV" and "VirtueMart 3.8.9 10514".

Recently we have seral problems :

1) When a new product (reference) is created in MD NAV the product is not added in the E-Shop and Virtuemart.
2) Prices are not updated on the E-Shop when I modify in MD NAV.
3) Stocks are not updated. I have a difference between the MD NAV stock and the E-Shop stock.

The connection doesn't work anymore.

Does anyone know something about that ?

Agree ...  without knowing or seeing the code of the connector no one can begin to guess what could be wrong..

standard troubleshooting methods would need to be used if the software supplier is of no help.. obviously "something" has changed "somewhere"
