VM Custom Virtuemart Simple Download Plugin cannot be unistalled in ext. manager

Trying to understand why the privacy consent features do not work in joomla, I tried to uninstall virtuemart too, I found out that this plugin named "VM - Custom, Virtuemart Simple Download Plugin" cannot be unistalled via the extension manager in joomla.

When trying to uninstall it the page becomes blank, getting back to the manager it appears in the list, can only be disabled.
