Max number of questions exceeded

 Host keeps disabling SQL Database saying I caused an overload!

Someone mentioned on another forum that a possible solution to my problem will be

" It was virutemart, like I thought. Somehow, I had downloaded the newesr version, but the files in it were mismatched. There was some old version files in the download. Once we discovered that, ?I redownloaded the package, and  I then had the proper versions of every file, and the problem went away:) "

How can I check whether I have all the correct files and not the wrong files ALSO?

As I keep having an issue my eshop website all the time - the number of queries is really big with no reason - and my website is currently offline

Have You upgraded and in that case from what to what?
Have You also upgraded VMAIO to ?
