No I can not test this, only an administrator can check this, please understand this.

A clean install does not include the winery template or included modules or plugins.
This finally boils down how clean Your clean install actually is.

This is as I said normally a non issue. Is your mail configurated as SMTP ? If not try this.

Do You have any incorrect configurated additional vendor email adresses ?
Do You have a configured vendor in your clean install ?

This is peer to peer forum with voluntairs, supporting a free software on their spare time.
