I want to have custom filed like this:

General
color: red
size: large

Engine type and class
Number of wheels: 4
Ring material: steel

I try to use a group but do not show titles and do not work for me.

do u mean these are just labels or are meant to be selected?

if labels use a text custom field

If you don't find product with customfields on VM demo, then better you send sketch as you want or eshop URL.

Show Title from group of customfields or show label of customfield you can setup in admin and override in template for customfield.
