Third party module not displayed in sidebar-1 position in a menu item

Hello,

I am facing the bellow issue:

I have a menu item in my website which is uses VM categories layout. In sidebar-1 position of my template used to displayed a third party module cf filtering which is disappeard.

No other module can be displayed in sidebar-1 position (left side column) and if I select sidebar-2 position (right side column of the page) the module is displayed down of the categories layout and not in the right side.

I am looking for the reason why this is happening and how can fix it. Is it a template issue? a VM issue?
