Showing square blocks only in place of the arabic character

I am using Class TCPDF which is in this site https://sourceforge.net/ ,

and find this example for Arabic: https://tcpdf.org/examples/example_018/, it works well,

the class uses three files: "aealarabiya.ctg, aealarabiya.php and aealarabiya.rar", to change to another font " jannaltregular.ttf"  it is necessary to convert into three file: " .ctg, .php and .rar " in this site : http: //fonts.snm-portal.com/

I did it but problem displays "square question mark" instead of "Arabic letter" between the words.

You have perhaps missing glyphs in this font?
