Modify field name

In the Buyer Fields item, has the field name
And because in some fields I can not change this name.
And I'm referring in the field that does not have the padlock.

You can not change the name because the name is the field in the database.
Changing the field name means compromising your data, change the label, or use a KEY, then you can modify at anytime the label of the field.
