Unnecessary content in Invoice for Shipping and Payment Methods

Hello Guys,
We have removed existing Shipping and Payment methods in the given template and created our own methods. Still we are getting some content under Shipping and Payment methods which was not entered by us. That content was not related yet all to the methods we are using in the VM.

We are not sure about how the content is coming into invoice. Please find the attached jpg for more information.
