Can't delete a Shopper Group

Hello!

I use VM 3.2.4, J 3.7.5 and PHP 5.6

I've assigned all Shoppers to another Shopper Group, but when I try to delete an empty Shopper Group I then get an error:

vmError: There are still users assigned to this shopper group (then the name of this group and its ID No.)

Why is it so? Of course, I can just leave it alone, but I wonder if there's a proper way to get rid of it?
