It is already translated in the russian language file packs which can be downloaded here: http://virtuemart.net/community/translations
Perhaps download and install the VM language packs again. You may also enable 'Debug Language' in the Joomla configuration to check for errors.

I suppose the "_QQ_" creates a parsing error in the langauge file.
