Remove inactive customers?

Is there an easy way to remove inactive customers? I have 1600 customers in my list and probably only about 100 of them have ever actually purchased something on my site. I am getting ready to reinstall and would like to dump all those inactive users.

I searched for an extension, but can't seem to find one.
