From show cart to confirm order

Hi
I'm trying to get to the shortest path from show cart to confirm order.
The shop im working on has NO PRICES and has NO BILLING and has NO SHIPPING.
This is all handled somewhere else.

i've made 1 payment method that is auto assigned, and 1 shipping method also auto assigned.
It seems like i cannot go from cart show to confirm order.

Right now its: Show cart -> GO TO PAYMENT -> CONFIRM -> DONE
What i need is: SHOW CART -> CONFIRM -> DONE

Do you know of a plugin that does this? or am i forced to go to payment first? Maybe i missed a point or some in the configuration, either way i'll appreciate the help
