Disable International Ordering

My store will only accept orders inside the US.

How can I force Virtuemart to one accept orders in the US? In theory, I would want to remove other Countries in the order check out - is that makes sense.

Unpublish all countries except USA in shopper fields, and make USA a requirement in your Pay/Ship plugins. Punters from elsewhere may try to buy but won't be able to complete the purchase.
