Error currency order confirmation

hello guys , i have a problem with the configuration in virtuemart : I set the euro as the main currency, but in the order confirmation email the currency is set in US dollars ! how can I solve this problem? I attach a screen of order confirmation

Check that shop/vendor currency is set to €,  Tax & Calculation Rule currency is set to € and that all product prices are €.  Also that vendor country is within the Eurozone.

Hello and thanks for the reply , the configuration parameters I checked hundreds of times :
Currency : EURO
VAT + % : 22 %
Negzio Currency : EURO
Location: Italy

But the order confirmation email and your order details ( accessed from links that arrive by email , are in US dollars )
VM version : 3
Joomla : 3.5

Looks like a commercial template. Are you using template overrides? Test using Protostar.
