Hello Friends,

We are having some issues on our VM installation at https://ihgb.org.br/ihgb/servicos/livraria.html In a few words the issue shows up always we try to add a product to cart. Sometimes the product is added to cart at sidebar, sometimes not, but if you go to shopping cart page the cart is empty or, if you proceed from shopping cart page to buy something else the cart at sidebar becomes empty at next product page you go.

The things used to be fine until we update last time to VM 3.0.14. We are using Joomla! 3.4.8 Stable [ Ember ] 24-December-2015 19:30 GMT under PHP 5.5.34. We though it would be some cache issue or JS library conflict but we already did some experiments turning cache off and disabling template JS for VM but still in error.

I did found also some old similar threads to other Joomla / VM versions, in some cases we try to follow those instructions but also without success.

Could someone help us?

Thanks in advance for all community members.

That template is loading a large number of js files so that is the logical place to look. This is the error I saw in Firebug console:

SyntaxError: expected expression, got ','
...vas_id0", zoom               :,zoomControl         :true,scaleControl         :true,panControl            :tr

This seems to be related to a Google map module.

I don't know if that is the cause of your problem, but I'd disable that module (if indeed that is what it is) and see if the issue is resolved.
