VM3 Listview

I have searched the forums and looked at FAQ's, however I've been unable to find what I'm after.
There is a lot of detailed information about changing from cGrid to cList in VM2, however nothing for VM3.
I'm relatively new to Virtuemart, though have been using Joomla for years. Any information or guidance will be appreciated
