with "show shopping basket" its a 404 error message

Hello there,

following situation:

1.) I am in the shop in the front end and have been previously added a product to the cart.
2.) If I click on the "shopping basket" opening the window where the item listed and also the option "view shopping basket ".
3.) Now when I click on "shopping basket" I get a 404 error message.

I have seen that in the browser of two other stores in the same procedure before "cart" is still another side.

here is still "shop" before cart: URL / shop / cart
here is still "checkout" before cart: URL / checkout / cart
and with me it looks like this: URL / cart.html

(unfortunately I can not make the link because the site may not yet be made public).

Can you help me?

Never turn on SEF until a site is fully set up and debugged. Maybe you don't have a url - so any possible help is extremely limited, but you also don't mention versions!

hello, fine thank you. yes now after repressed SEF i have no more problem, it's running.
but what can i do because i need to have SEF function.
