select add to cart button issue

Hello,

I have got a website its been live for nearly a year. all of a sudden the client has told me that people are having issues adding items to cart.

When you select the add to cart button its supposed to pop up and ask the user to continue shopping or checkout. However at the moment when I select the add to cart button I just get a timer and nothing else happens unless I refreash the page and the item is then added to cart.

worryingly the ajax response to your "add to Cart" call shows in part

this breaks the json response.. but does this mean a dev hacked your code or did a hacker hack your site?
