Aditional images not showing

Hi friends,
Just updated to VM 3 and everything went on fine , besides for problems with aditional images.

On each image I have 2 images one jpg and one pdf downloadable. on the backend I can see the 2 images but on the frontend only the jpg is available.
Also previously when clicked the image,  it opened in a pop up window but now it opens on another page.

Please help as I need to have the pdf, as it is the product datasheet.

Thanks for the links,
I deleted the template overrides of the previous version, now the images are working.
I'll make my changes on the new files.
Writing this incase anyone else gets the same problem.
