Cannot upload product or category photos Virtuemart 3

Hi

Would anyone know how to solve not being able to upload product and category photos?
When I go to product category then browse to find photo then selct the photo the process bring me to a blank page.

This used to work for me before I had done a akeeba backup transfer to new domain.


Hope someone can help
