restoring shopper fields to VM3 default after data migration from VM1 to VM3

So, I migrated data from Joomla 1.5 + VM 1 to Joomla 3.4+VM 3.0.12.

I also migrated shopper fields from VM1.
I also edited those, deleting some of the fields... I suspect I have deleted some fields, which are needed for VM to work properly, because I can't register new users through account page.
Registering new user after confirmation I get dropped back to account page with no error or error - fill the name field.

So, name field is missing? I have it in the form, though.

So, how the field name should be configured?

Or perhaps it is better to restore default shopper field list? Is it possible without damaging user data I migrated?

have u tried in vm admin tools update database tables ?

Install or if necessary update tables  -- ONLY that one
