USING MY DATA (DATABASE) AND PHP CODE

Hello guys,
I need to take the information from my database, instead to type new. For example :
I want to take the name category and throw php function to call the price.
Also I need to call  function in every single place with currency and to use result later.
And last I need to create new  html page and to receive the information from my data base  throw php.

I am not sure how is possible or where to ingegrete the code. Please help me

(I use LightMart, Joomla! 3.4.3 and PHP 5.5.21 and this is template for website www.cleverss.gr)

Version is LightMart . This is the  template the template for the website  http://cleverssl.gr. I am not sure where to put my code and where to call the functions, because I need to call function for every individual product and that is imposible in the panel and in the php documention code is for the products as all not for everyone.
