Display option to "View all".

Good day,
Does anyone know how to add the option to see all products?
I have pagination defined as: 30,45,60,75.
And I have this: 30,45,60,75, view all.

And even at the end of the page appears first, 1,2,3,4,5 end.
I wanted to put first, 1,2,3,4,5 end., See all.

This link led to more questions.. I want to use the virtuemart pagination system.. but the linked thread only provides a link but gives no information on where to put it
