cart module conflict tooltips

hi.

i got strange issue with VM3 cart module. core without overrides.

it broke my tooltips in joomla core forms.. for example in registration form.
if i unpublish cart module tooltips are fine..

the issue is also with protostar template.. so its no theme related issue..

pls. i need any advices.

ok.. i found the issue..

i just disable the load virtuemart jQuery in vm config..
