TCPDF ERROR: [Image] Unable to get the size of the image

Using Joomla 3.4.3 and Virtuemart 3.0.9.4

Uninstalled and reinstalled TCPDF component and can generate preview Invoices and view customer invoices under Print button under Orders.

However, when trying to view a customer's Delivery Note or Invoice or update their order status, I get the following message:
TCPDF ERROR: [Image] Unable to get the size of the image: http://www.bis-bosfam.ba/images/stories/virtuemart/shipment/DHL Logo.png

For older orders it had the error:
TCPDF ERROR: [Image] Unable to get the size of the image: http://www.bis-bosfam.ba/images/stories/virtuemart/shipment/

I added an actual image (DHL Logo.png) and tried a new order to see if that fixed it but am still getting the same error. The logo shows up on all of the pages correctly.

VM is also not sending emails to the vendor or the customer for anything. They both receive confirmation emails from PayPal but not from our shop. I have tried with "Use the vendor email address" checked and unchecked under Email Settings.

Please help. Not sure if the two issues are related or not and have looked through forums and can't figure out what to do next.

Use only JPG files, TCPDF is not PNG compliant.

From 5 years ago???  The solution was provided for the component used at that time.   Use only JPG files
