Order status is both pending and confirmed?

Joomla 2.5.28, VM 3.0.9.4. Isn't it strange that on the right side of my order, the status is 'Pending', while on the left site, the order status is 'Confirmed'? (screenshot attached - you need to scroll the image right to see the 'Pending').

Any thoughts?
