Payement and Shipping Method integration with VM 3

Hi.

Are there any free payment and shipping modules for Virtue-mart 3 ?. I saw that VM 2 comes pre-configured with Paypal Express. Isn't it true for VM 3 ? . I want Paypal express payment method and UPS and POSTNL shipping method

Why don't yopu just install it and look?  VM3 has 13 payment plugins inc PP Express and standard weight/country shippling plugin.  UPS etc plugins are available from 3rd party developers.
